Step out of the Crowd and be a leader!
Prov 18:1 “Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.”
You must desire to be a leader before you will become a leader. Many believe hard work and skill at a trade will take them to the top. It will, but only if their perspective of the top is what they can accomplish by themselves. If you want what God can do, you must learn to seek out and inter-meddle with those who have wisdom. Many confuse Leadership with Management. Our text teaches that we need to separate our self from the rest of the crowd by having a desire.
"You are now, or will become, who you hang around with. "

That is so true, I'm glad the LORD has blessed with some great people to hang around!
Brother!! You must be "intermeddling" with John Maxwell!! Sounds good. Much love to you.
